中诚信绿金授予西布尔公司俄罗斯企业中的最高ESG评级

西布尔获得中国评级机构旗下专注可持续发展的子公司——中诚信绿金科技(北京)有限公司（CCXGF）“A”级ESG评级。基于对公开信息的研究，CCXGF确认西布尔是首家获得中国ESG评级机构“A”级评价的俄罗斯公司，这彰显了西布尔在可持续发展方面表现卓越、持续进步，始终对标国际最佳实践。

去年，西布尔曾获得“A-”评级。依据评级标准，西布尔的新评级结果不仅持续高于市场平均水平，更显著增长。例如，西布尔在企业社会责任方面的表现有所提升，其决策信息披露方面的得分是行业平均水平的两倍多。

评级机构的评级反映了西布尔高水平的ESG成熟度及其持续取得的进展，二者均符合中国市场的国际要求。中国市场在该领域为国内外企业均设定了高标准。中国为注重环保的企业提供直接和间接的激励，包括绿色金融、补贴、税收优惠、供应链优先权、市场准入以及合作伙伴和客户的忠诚度。西布尔获得ESG评级将有助于维护其国际声誉，加强与中方合作伙伴及客户的关系，并为应对未来的市场变化奠定基础。

SIBUR has received an upgraded ESG rating of “A” from China Chengxin Green Finance (CCXGF), the sustainability-focused subsidiary of China’s largest rating agency. Based on CCXGF’s research of publicly available information, SIBUR is the first Russian company to be evaluated and assigned an “A” rating by a Chinese ESG rating agency, underscoring the company’s strong sustainability performance and continued progress in line with international best practices.  

Last year, the company received an "A-" rating. According to the criteria, SIBUR's new results not only maintained values above the market average but also demonstrated significant growth. For example, the company's performance in terms of corporate and social responsibility has improved, and the number of points for the level of disclosure in decision-making has more than doubled compared to the industry average.

The agency's decision reflects SIBUR's high level of ESG maturity and regular progress in accordance with the international requirements of the Chinese market, which sets high standards for both domestic and foreign companies in this field. In China, a system of direct and indirect incentives for environmentally conscious businesses is used as a motivating tool, including green financing, subsidies, tax incentives, prioritization in supply chains, market access, and the loyalty of partners and customers. The ESG rating obtained by the company will help maintain SIBUR's international reputation, strengthen relations with Chinese partners and customers, and create a foundation for future market changes.
