中诚信绿金为En+集团提供ESG评级并授予“A-”级别

近日，中诚信绿金科技（北京）有限公司（CCXGF，以下简称“中诚信绿金”）授予俄罗斯En+集团责任有限公司（IPJSC EN+ GROUP，以下简称"En+集团"）ESG评级"A-"级别。

En+集团是全球领先的垂直一体化铝业及水电生产商，拥有总装机容量达19.5吉瓦的发电厂（其中水电资产为15.2吉瓦），通过控股全球最大的非中资铝生产商俄铝联合公司（UC RUSAL）实现年产420万吨铝产能，而俄铝正是En+集团水电的主要消费者。

根据中诚信绿金ESG评级方法，本次授予的"A-"级别在有色金属行业参评企业中位居前18.3%的优秀水平。En+集团持续扩展低碳产品线，旗下拥有包括低碳铝品牌ALLOW和ALLOW INERTA、再生铝及可再生能源发电等业务。其中，革命性的惰性阳极技术结合可再生水电应用于ALLOW INERTA低碳铝生产，使每吨铝的二氧化碳当量排放量仅为0.01吨，远低于行业平均水平。此外，En+集团的水电水库低温室气体排放量已获得国际认证。

CCXGF Assigns ESG Rating of “A-” to En+ Group

China Chengxin Green Finance Technology (Beijing) Ltd. (“CCXGF”) has assigned an ESG rating to IPJSC EN+ GROUP (“En+”) at the level of “A-”. 

En+ is a leading international vertically integrated aluminium and hydropower producer. The Company combines power plants of a total installed capacity of 19.5 GW (including 15.2 GW of hydro power assets) and 4.2 mt of annual aluminium production capacity (through a controlling stake in UC RUSAL, the world’s largest aluminium producer outside of China), which is the major consumer of En+’s hydroelectricity.

Based on CCXGF’s ESG rating methodology, the result of “A-” assigned by CCXGF ranks top 18.3% among other rated companies in the Non-ferrous metal industry. The Company expands its low-carbon product line, including low-carbon aluminium brands ALLOW and ALLOW INERTA, recycled aluminum, and renewable energy generation. In particular, the revolutionary inert anode technology combined with renewable hydropower is used for the ALLOW INERTA low-carbon aluminium, resulting in a carbon footprint as low as 0.01 tonnes of CO2 equivalent per ton of aluminum, far below the industry average. Additionally, En+ received international verification of the low GHG emissions from its hydropower reservoirs.
